• Implementation of a ventilation system treating the discharge of soiled air, by activated carbon filtration, to minimize odors in the vicinity of the factory.
• Installation of a heat recovery system from freezer compressors to heat the cutting room in winter, resulting in significant energy savings and minimizing greenhouse gas emissions.
• Participation in the construction and co-management of a biological wastewater treatment plant in Saint-Alexandre-de-Kamouraska, in order to return clean water to nature.
